Hi, I’m Prakaash. I lead design and product strategy.
For twenty years I’ve led design and product strategy for everything from products tens of millions of people use to public-sector and enterprise systems — over 13 years at Cisco, then ServiceNow. I’m at my best pulling cross-functional teams together and turning bold, ambitious ideas into designs people love. It always starts from research, and I’m happiest when I can still draw the system myself.
